Rayan Sanjana Prioty is a Lecturer in Accounting at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Savar. Prior to joining AIBA, she served as a Lecturer at Southeast University from February 2025 to January 2026. Before that, she worked at Daffodil International University from November 2024 to January 2025. She began her academic career as a Lecturer at People’s University of Bangladesh in January 2024. She earned both her BBA and MBA degrees with a concentration in Accounting and Information Systems from Jahangirnagar University, where she demonstrated strong academic excellence throughout her studies. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has contributed as a Research Assistant at the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh. Her research interests focus on Corporate Governance, Earnings Management, and Financial Reporting Quality. She is highly enthusiastic and committed to her academic and professional endeavors.
