Md. Jakir Hossain is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Savar. He completed his BBA in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka, where he was awarded merit-based scholarships for outstanding academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He served as a Lecturer at Daffodil International University from July 11, 2024, to December 31, 2025. During his tenure, he taught a wide range of courses including Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour,and Strategic Human Resource Management. His research interests include Human Resource Management, Green HRM, Waste Management, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in HR. He is highly enthusiastic about research, teaching innovation, and integrating modern technology with sustainable management practices, and is deeply committed to contributing to academic excellence and industry-relevant education.
