Jinia Afroz Sharmin is a Lecturer of Management at Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Savar. She is serving as Lecturer in AIBA from January 2022. Prior to joining AIBA, Mrs. Jinia has served as Lecturer in Bangladesh Army University of science and technology, Saidpur and City University, Savar as well . She has also served as an adjunct faculty member in Northwestern University, Khulna. She has completed his MBA and BBA degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management & Management Studies from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj with excellent academic result . The major courses taught by her include Production and Operations Management, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Human resource Management, Entrepreneurship development, Strategic Management etc.She has four publications till now in various renowned national and international journal. Her research interest is Motivation, performance appraisal, Business Intelligence and HRIS.
