Dr. Md. Mazibar Rahman is a distinguished statistician and academic with over four decades of teaching, research, and administrative experience in higher education. He is a retired Professor of Statistics and Data Science from Jahangirnagar University and holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Aberdeen, UK, with specialization in Design of Experiments and Repeated Measurements. Dr. Rahman has served as faculty, visiting professor, consultant, and researcher at reputed institutions in Bangladesh and abroad, including Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), Garyounis University (Libya), North South University, and Daffodil International University. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Rahman has authored several academic textbooks and published extensively in national and international journals. He has led and contributed to numerous funded research projects in statistics, health sciences, agriculture, and social development.
