Lieutenant Colonel Mizan of Bangladesh Army (Retd), has completed almost 31 years of service with ‘Excellent’ performance grading several times in Bangladesh Army. Colonel Mizan is an Electrical Engineer, graduated from BUET. Have training in leadership, various equipment repairs & maintenance in the country and abroad, tendering, e-Gp, conflict and disaster management, instructional, security and command in local setups. He served as Chief Engineer, Mongla Port for almost 4 years with honesty and sincerity. In Mongla Port, He had to handle a fleet of various sophisticated equipment mainly electro-mechanical and PLC controlled for the smooth functioning of the port. During his tenure as Chief Engineer, he implement a project of 450 crore for various modern material handling equipment for Mongla port. Apart from that he served in the biggest workshop of Bangladesh Army as Chief Engineer.
